## Donburi · The Bowls ($15 – $18)
- Yakiniku Don: Sliced ribeye beef glazed in our house sweet and spicy sauce served over rice. Garnished with green onions, a sous vide egg, and sesame seeds.
- Gyu Don: Braised beef and onions simmered in a sweet soy sauce dashi served over rice. Topped with red ginger and a sous vide egg.
- Ten Don: Deep fried tempura shrimp and assorted veggies over rice. Served with a side of house dipping sauce.
- Sauce Katsu Don: Deep fried breaded chicken served over rice with a side of pickled cucumbers. Glazed with tonkatsu sauce and sweet mayo.
- Katsu Curry Don: Deep fried breaded chicken served over rice with our house curry.
- Veggie Curry Don: Assorted vegetables served with rice and our house curry.
- Oyako Don: Marinated chicken, egg, and onions simmered in house dashi stock. Served over a bed of rice.

- Chashu Pork Don: Braised pork belly, pickled shallots, and spring mix. Served over rice and garnished with a poached egg and sliced radish.
